Who is the Box Of Maine for?
We feel that anyone who has had any kind of connection with Maine at some point in their life would be an ideal candidate for this box. It makes a really great gift idea for someone who used to live in the state and has since moved away.

What are your gift shop hours of operation?
We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm during regular season. Our holiday hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm from Black Friday until the day before Christmas Eve.
Can alcoholic beverages be shipped in the box?
No. We cannot ship any alcohol.
Can I ask for specific items to be put in the box?
Yes! At the time you order your box, you will be able to select from the Maine items that are mentioned on our “What’s in the box?” page. If you want to make suggestions of items for future Maine boxes you can do so here.
How much does it cost? And do I pay extra for shipping?
You pay $49.99 for 5 items, $59.99 for 7 items or $69.99 for 10 items. Shipping is always FREE any time we ship within the USA! Ready to order?
Can you ship to a military APO / FPO address?
Yes! We offer free shipping to military APO / FPO addresses! Please make sure the address is accurately typed in during check out and that you leave the country as USA on the checkout page so you will be awarded free shipping. Watch the video below if you are having problems with putting in your military address.
Do you ship international?
How long will it take for my box to arrive?
You will be notified via email when your box ships (usually within 24-48 business hours from the time you place your order). After we ship your box, it should arrive within 1-5 business days from that point. Once the order ships you will receive another email with a tracking number. If you do not receive this email please contact us!
How do I add a box to Shopping Cart and Checkout?
What is your Return Policy?
We offer a standard 30 day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
Several types of goods exempt from being returned would be and not limited to – Hot Dogs, Donuts, Rolls and Whoopie Pies.
We may require a 20% Restocking Fee for orders that do not follow the requirements above or negligence on behalf of the buyer. (example; undeliverable, incorrect shipping address, exchanges and/or lack of proof of damaged goods)
Gift cards / Certificates are non-refundable.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
