Responsibilities:
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production team, ensuring that all activities are completed on time and in accordance with established policies and procedures
· Coordinate production schedules with carriers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers
· Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records, including conducting regular cycle counts and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
· Train, supervise, and manage the performance of production personnel, providing direction, feedback, and support as needed to ensure optimal productivity and adherence to company policies and procedures
· Manage and resolve any customer issues related to production, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
· Implement and maintain safety procedures and protocols for the production team to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
· Continuously monitor and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity, implementing new procedures as necessary
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Prior experience in a leadership/management role is preferred
· Knowledge of production practices and procedures, including inventory control, transportation logistics, and customer service
· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
